VYVINUTEC

Evolvulus is a perennial herb growing mainly in the tropics and subtropics. In India today, Eucalyptus is one of the popular plants used in Ayurvedic medicine. Its active constituents mainly include alkaloids, phenols (quercetin), falvonoids, coumarins, glycosides, carbohydrates, tannins and terpenoids. Of these substances, coumarin in particular has neuroprotective effects and phytol reduces anxiety states.

Dosage:1.5-2 teaspoons of the dried herb pour hot water (amount according to the weight and sensitivity of the user). Allow to stand for 10 - 15 minutes. Suitable dosage is 2 times a day a cup of 250ml.

For an acute stronger stress reducing effect, a decoction of the herb is possible - 2.5 tsp drop into 250ml of water , simmer on low heat until reduced by half and then strain and drink - divide in doses of around 40 - 50ml of decoction.

Caution:for people with low blood pressure it is not advisable to take the decoction, only the infusion. It could lower blood pressure.

Storage. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
