Ubos 100% (Spondias mombin-Cortex) - Yellow Mombine

Dosage:

According to the weight of 1 -2 teaspoons of bark, pour 700 -800ml of cold water (much of the water will evaporate with boiling) and boil from the boiling point on low heat for 20 minutes and drain. Sip during the day in three equal doses, preferably half an hour before meals.
