Thorn bush - Flor de Arena 70 g

Ingredients: Hierba de la Postema (Bejaria Aestuans), Arenilla (Herniaria glabra), Urtica dioica - nettle, Taraxacum officinalis - leaf.

The herbal blend has been created so that, according to the tradition of the Indian ethnic groups, the components of the powerful herbs Hierba de la Postema and Arenilla support the effects of the European Nettle and Dandelion, which have the following authorised health claims according to the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012 (of 16 May 2012), which applies from 14 December 2012.

In this mixture the following effects are mainly concerned (highlighted):

Dandelion :

Normal function of the urinary system

Prebiotic

Nettle:

Excretion of water from the body.

Normal kidney function - excretion

Refreshment of the body

Natural defenses - immune system

Normal prostate function

Contains minerals, iron

Normal function of the vascular system

Preparation. Pour 700 ml to 1 litre of boiling water over one tablespoon of the mixture and leave to infuse for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, store preferably in a thermos and use in equal doses throughout the day (morning, noon and evening), preferably half an hour before meals.

Another method of preparation: pour 200 to 350 ml of boiling water over half a teaspoon of the mixture, leave covered for 15 minutes and sip. A cup 3 times a day.

It is recommended to start with a smaller amount of the mixture and increase the fluid intake.
