Sand flower - Chancapiedra 70 g

Ingredients: Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus niruri - Herba), Flor de Arena (Tiquilia paronychoides - Herba), Yacon (Smallanthus sonchifolius - Herba), Turnip (Agrimonia eupatoria - Herba) and Deaf-eyed Susan (Lamium album - Herba).

The herbal blend has been created so that, according to the tradition of the Indian ethnic groups, the ingredients of the powerful herbs Chanca Piedra (translated as Llama of the Stones), Flor de Arena and Yacon support the effects of the European herbs Burdock and Horsetail, which have the following authorised health claims according to COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012 (of 16 May 2012), which has been in force since 14 December 2012.

In this mixture, the following effects are mainly concerned (emphasis added):

Burdock:

Normal function of the urinary system (kidneys)

Normal liver function, excretion

Normal skin condition

Horsetail:

Excretion of water from the body

Preparation. Pour 700 ml to 1 litre of boiling water over one tablespoon of the mixture and leave to infuse for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, store preferably in a thermos and use in equal doses throughout the day (morning, noon and evening), preferably half an hour before meals.

Another method of preparation: pour 200 to 350 ml of boiling water over half a teaspoon of the mixture, leave covered for 15 minutes and sip. A cup 3 times a day.

It is recommended to start with a smaller amount of the mixture and increase fluid intake.
