This herb is very useful for cleansing the body after current problematic diseases and returning to normal.

Regeneration Protocol:

Take for a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks.

2 - 3 cups of Pravenka daily (number of cups depending on weight or condition of the body)

3 x 7 - 10 drops per day of Pine Extract

3 x 7 - 10 drops per day of Ubos extract

It is also possible and advisable to take the tea of Pravenka for the first month and the extract of Pravenka for the second month.

If Dragon's Blood has not been taken long term prior to this protocol, it can be added at the rate of 20 drops per day.

The extracts from the leaves dilate the hair follicles, facilitate expectoration and relieve spasms. The most effective substance contained is vasicin. In the early 1960s, the chemical structure of this alkaloid led to the synthesis of the now widely used mucus-dissolving bromhexine and later ambroxol. A tincture of the plant is used for acute respiratory inflammation and hay fever.

Dosage. Leave to stand for 5 to 10 minutes. The drink is most effective when drunk on an empty stomach.

You can take 6 grams of the dried herb daily.
