Giant horsetail - Cola de Caballo 100 g

Ingredients Cola de Caballo (Equisetum arvense - Herba), Maca (Lepidium meyenii - Radix), Anchovy (Tribulus terrestris - Herba), Red Clover (Trifolium pretense - Flos) and Alfalfa (Medicago sativa - Herba)

The herbal blend has been created so that, according to the tradition of the Indian ethnic groups, the ingredients of the powerful herbs Cola de Caballo (Peruvian horsetail) and Maca, support the effects of Anemone, Red Clover and Alfalfa, which have the following authorised health claims according to COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012 (of 16 May 2012), which applies from 14 December 2012.

Preparation. Pour 700 ml to 1 litre of boiling water over one tablespoon of the mixture and leave to infuse for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, store preferably in a thermos and use in even doses throughout the day (morning, noon and evening), preferably half an hour before meals.

Another method of preparation: pour 200 to 350 ml of boiling water over half a teaspoon of the mixture, leave covered for 15 minutes and sip. A cup 3 times a day.

It is recommended to start with a smaller amount of the mixture and increase fluid intake.

Dosage.

Cola de caballo, or Equisetum arvense, is a Peruvian herb. It is one of the rarest, as it is found only in specific climatic conditions. It grows in Peru, especially on the coast, in the mountains and in the jungle and is one of the oldest plants in the world. Supposedly one of the so-called "living fossils", it is no wonder that it has been a reliable natural preparation for centuries.
