Dandelion root 100 g

Ingredients: dandelion root ( Taraxacum officinale - radix)

Dosage. Two teaspoons of dried and cut dandelion root pour 250 ml of hot water and let it boil for a while. Remove from the heat and simmer covered for 15 min. Drain and drink warm or lukewarm 2 - 3 times a day.

It is advisable to take this decoction or tea once a year as a prevention or targeted detoxification, or during convalescence.

It is also advisable to use the dandelion root decoction or tea as a finishing touch to detoxification treatments.

Possible combinations:

Dandelion root decoction or tea can be combined with other products - for these it is suitable (but always take care not to take too many other products from the treatment range, such as extracts and herbal mixtures, supplements in the form of superfoods are fine)

With other products, dandelion is not in direct contraindication. Only a little inappropriate seems to be the use of dandelion with the extract mixture of Ginkgoma and the herbal mixture of Bitter Flower.
