Dandelion, despite its millennia of use in phytomedicine, has only the following health claims authorised according to COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012 (of 16 May 2012), which has been in force since 14 December 2012.

Dosage. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of dried leaves and crushed root, let it infuse for about 10 - 15 min and strain, drink the tea fresh 2-3 times a day.

Currently, dandelion and especially dandelion root is under investigation for other significant health benefits.

Recommended use:

It is advisable to take dandelion tea and possibly also dandelion root extract once a year as a prevention or targeted detoxification, or during convalescence.

It is also advisable to use dandelion root extract in combination with dandelion leaf tea as a final detoxification treatment.

Possible combinations:

Dandelion tea can be combined with other products - for these it is advisable (but always take care not to take too many other products from the range such as extracts and herbal blends, supplements in the form of superfoods do not matter)

With other products, dandelion is not in direct contraindication. Only a little inappropriate seems to be the use of dandelion with the Ginkgoma extract mixture and the herbal mixture Bitter Flower.
